lost dogs and lonely hearts by lucy dillon

★ ★ ★ ★

Filled with everything you would want in a piece of chick-lit, this book felt like The Holiday meets Bridget Jones’ Diary, but with dogs.

Three women from different backgrounds are brought together by their new furry friends, helping each other through their huge life changes and relationship struggles.

By no means was this book a groundbreaking piece of literature, but it read extremely well, had a few funny moments and left my heart full.

The book serves it's purpose, and is the perfect read to accompany a few blankets, a candle and a glass of wine. Treat yourself.
